•Deliver revenue growth in Everpure filtration sales in the high-end retail and showroom channels.
•Support direct and non-direct Everpure residential customers
•Support the Wholesale Channel and showroom growth initiatives
•Drive growth through consistent execution of Pentair strategy
•Focus on immediate transactional customers and end-users through pull-through efforts and training
•Manage and direct efforts of Manufacturers’ Representatives and Master Distributors in the territory
•Customer liaison between manufacturing, operations, sales/marketing and credit department to solve issues that arise.
•Responsible for tracking and communicating business trends, competitive updates and price pressures.
Manages all sales activities for his/her territory/customers to grow revenue and profitability.

Primary responsibility is to work with current customers and identify new customers and grow sales volume. Need to maintain focus on customers (including down channel users) and their needs. Serves as a member of the North American sales team. Champion individual special projects assisting with business planning and forecasting processes, improving business performance, managing company resources effectively. Offers and pursues proposals to gain competitive advantage.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Proven success in a sales capacity
- Good at identifying customer needs and problem solving
- Excellent at negotiation and communications skills
- Effective in utilizing corporate resources effectively
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales management
- Preferably focused in Kitchen and Bath, Decorative Plumbing, Appliance , and/or Wholesale Plumbing distribution
- Experience managing Manufacturers’ Representatives
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a sales or marketing focus
